The PHENIX 300 is a double-sided engraving machine with horizontal conveyor. The useful engraving width is 300 mm.

The etching tank has a capacity of 35 liters of overactivated iron perchloride. A submerged 4200 L / h pump sprays the etching agent through 24 flat fan nozzles.

For better efficiency, the etching bath is thermostatically controlled. The conveyor speed is adjustable.

At the outlet of the etching chamber, a rinsing chamber cleans the circuit.

The PHENIX 300 is equipped as standard with an adjustable control box and an automatic control of the opening of rinsing water with solenoid valve (controlled at the same time as the conveyor).

Rigid frame made of PVC formed and assembled by mechanosoldering.

Transparent PVC covers make it possible to monitor the advance and engraving of the circuits.

Easy access, disassembly of spray nozzles by basket.
