Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are dispatched via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra with tracking and drop-off without signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
