CIF LABORATORY WATER BATH
CIF LABORATORY WATER BATH
The water bath is used to heat or warm up a solution; it has the advantage of avoiding a too brutal heat supply and allows you to regularly control of the heating process of your product.
It is also used to maintain a solution at a constant temperature.
In the manufacture of PCBs, the water bath is particularly recommended for many applications such as:
The development of the printed circuit; the temperature must be between 20 and 25 ° C for an optimal result
Engraving of the PCB with iron perchloride; a temperature of 25 ° C allows a fast engraving and a better result
The deposit of metals such as tin or silver for the finishing of the circuit
Removal or stripping of the resin after etching
Circuit cleaning and other various applications
100% PVC to avoid any risk of corrosion, CIF water baths are available in 2 versions.
