The DCT HybriDo300 opens up a new avenue for PCB prototyping in the laboratory. The combination of laser and mechanical advantages makes PCB prototyping considerably easier. The drilling, routing and engraving of printed circuit boards can be carried out in just a few minutes with a single machine.
The HybriDo300 is equipped with a high-performance spindle. The servomotor on all axes and the automatic 12-tool changer guarantee very fast drilling and routing speeds. The machine's integrated camera enables precise positioning for laser engraving. As the drilling and structuring processes are carried out using the same vision and positioning system, we can guarantee optimum precision.
Thanks to DCT's patented chemical-free process, printed circuit boards can be produced in just a few minutes without burning the substrate. RF and microwave circuits, in particular, benefit from regular, straight-edged etching, enabling the circuit to be perfectly matched to the simulation results. Thanks to the vacuum base, flexible materials can be positioned and held freely. The HybriDo300 is also suitable for FPCs or multilayer PCBs.
